Directions to Sammakorn

Sammakorn Village (English) or Mu Ban Sammakorn (Thai) is located on Sukhaphiban 3 Rd. as noted on the map below. There are two entrances. The sois are labelled as "Ramkamhaeng" sois, and the entrances are sois 112 and 110. (There is a big sign that says Mu Ban Sammakorn but it's in the Thai language.)

If you are coming from the East Ring Road, then you are on the same side of the road, and you can just count down the sois. Sammakorn is just 1 km west of the East Ring Road, immediately after a small bump that goes over a little stream. (Sammakorn is particularly convenient for people working in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial area.)

If you are coming from the opposite direction, Sammakorn is on the opposite side of the road, and you will have difficulty reading the soi numbers. The odd numbered soi numbers are out of sync with the even number ones, so you should ignore the soi numbers on your side of the road. Instead, follow the directions with landmarks below.

Notably, Ramkamhaeng Rd. is just Sukhumvit soi 71 (a.k.a. Klong Tan), which changes names after you cross Petchburi Rd. Ramkamhaeng Rd. changes name to Sukhaphiban 3 Rd. when it crosses over Sri Nakharin. However, the sois are numbered as sois of Ramkamhaeng. If you are coming from Sukhumvit, take the two flyovers on Ramkamhaeng Rd. The second one skips you over Sri Nakharin.

Sammakorn is just less than 4 km from the Sri Nakharin intersection. You will pass Carrefour, then a Seiyu. Shortly past the Seiyu is a Shell petrol station on the right. The Shell is located in-between the two entrances to Sammakorn. Take the U-turn immediately AFTER the Shell station. There's also an elevated walkway there. A photo of the Sammakorn sign, as seen from this opposite side of the road, is pictured below.

Sammakorn is just less than 4 km from the Sri Nakharin intersection. You will pass Carrefour, then a Seiyu. Shortly past the Seiyu is a Lemon Green petrol station followed by a giant Lemon Farm sign on the left, and a Shell petrol station on the right. The Shell is located in-between the two entrances to Sammakorn. Take the U-turn immediately AFTER the Shell station. There's also an elevated walkway there.
